These terms govern your use of the NOIR London website and any acquisition you make. By placing an order or submitting an enquiry, you accept these terms.

The Pieces

All pieces are brand new, unworn and unused. Original packaging, tags, dust bags and seals are included where applicable. Availability is confirmed at the point of private agreement.

Orders & Invoicing

An order is formed when we confirm availability and issue a formal invoice. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

Pricing

All prices are quoted in GBP and are subject to confirmation. Shipping is confirmed before despatch.

Payment

We accept bank transfer (preferred above £500), Revolut and Stripe card payment.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
