How do I purchase a piece?
DM us on Instagram (@official_noir_the_brand) mentioning the piece you're interested in. We'll confirm availability, share any additional photos you need, and provide a price. All transactions are handled privately from there.
Are all items genuinely brand new?
Yes. Every piece in our collection is brand new, unworn, and unsealed. All fragrance bottles are sealed. Fashion and accessories come with original tags, dust bags, and boxes where applicable. We carry nothing that does not meet this standard.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to the UK, Europe, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, and Albania. Shipping is handled with full insurance and tracking. We'll discuss options when you enquire.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer (preferred for pieces above £500), Revolut, and Stripe for secure card payment. All transactions are handled with complete discretion. A formal invoice is issued for every purchase.
Can I request more photos before purchasing?
Always. We will photograph any detail you need — packaging, seals, labels, stamps — so you can buy with complete confidence.
How quickly do you respond?
We aim to respond to all DMs within a few hours during London business hours. We are a small, attentive team — you will always speak with someone who knows the collection.
