Authenticity & Condition Policy

Every piece in the NOIR collection is brand new and carefully sourced. We do not deal in pre-loved, vintage or second-hand goods.

Our Standard

• Fashion and accessories are supplied with original tags, dust bags and boxes where applicable.
• Fragrances are sealed in original packaging.
• Jewellery is supplied in original packaging with any accompanying certificates.

Photographic Verification

Prior to every acquisition we share detailed photographs of seals, labels, stamps and packaging so you can buy with complete confidence.

If on receipt you have any concern about condition or authenticity, contact us within 48 hours at hello@noirthebrand.co.uk with photographs and we will resolve the matter promptly.
