Destinations

We despatch to the United Kingdom, Europe, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar and Albania. Other destinations may be considered by private arrangement.

Packaging

Every piece is discreetly packaged with no overt branding on the outer carton. Original boxes, dust bags and seals are preserved.

Insurance & Tracking

All shipments are fully insured and tracked. Tracking details are shared with you upon despatch.

Timeframes

UK orders are typically despatched within 1–3 business days of cleared payment. International orders are despatched within 2–5 business days. Customs clearance may extend transit times.

Customs & Duties

Customs duties and import taxes outside the UK are the responsibility of the recipient unless agreed otherwise in writing.
