Returns & Refunds Policy

NOIR London handles every piece with care, and we issue detailed photographs prior to acquisition so you can buy with confidence. Our returns policy is set out in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Right to Cancel

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your piece, subject to the conditions below. You must notify us in writing at hello@noirthebrand.co.uk.

Condition of Return

• Items must be returned unused, unworn, sealed where relevant, with all original tags, dust bags and packaging intact.
• Fragrances must remain factory sealed. Cellophane, seal or box damage will void the return.
• Jewellery must be returned in original packaging with any certificates intact.

We reserve the right to refuse a return where seals, tags, packaging or condition have been compromised, or where the piece shows any sign of use. Bespoke or personalised items are non-returnable.

Process

Once approved, the piece must be returned by insured and tracked shipping at the customer's expense. Refunds are issued within 14 days of our receipt and inspection of the returned piece, via the original payment method.

Statutory Rights

This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law and does not affect them.
